Called and went through the questioning process to see a doctor, receptionist said "I dont understand and proceded to hang up on me. This happened twice. Extremely rude reception staff and completely unhelpful.
If your thinking your going to get seen at the time the receptionist says when making your appointment then think again. Be prepared to wait 20 mins or more. Also one of the doctors is just plain rude and unhelpful. She prescribed antibiotics for something that doesnt need them and she didn't even check the injury properly
Rude ignorant and did not really want to help , if only the doctors could see . They where like kids stomping around when they where told they were wrong. So bad from a doctors surgery and when people in their need help . Rude as hell .
Be prepared to wait over an hour and a half like my wife did last time to see a doctor .We had left our 20 month old with a friend in town and its just not good enough,the surgery wasn't busy.
Every time I've asked for an appointment I've been given one! The nurses and receptionists are lovely! Longest wait I've had is about 5 mins! Brilliant place :)
