Im quite upset with Specsavers. The optician found a problem with my eye in early Nov 2017 and supposedly referred me to the Ophtalmology clinic. After 8 months of waiting for the appointment to come, I called into Specsavers and they told me to ring the clinic direct. On doing so, I found that the clinic had never heard of me and they had received no referral from Specsavers... Apparently Specsavers are saying they Faxed my referral to the Ophthalogy. ..Now they referred me again and Ill have to wait another 8-10 months for an appointment!! Not good at all really. Not happy.
Called in whilst on holiday because my son had broken his glasses, they fixed them within 10 mins, with no charge. Brilliant service and great staff! Much appreciated.
