A quality pub! Spotlessly clean; possibly the cleanest and tidiest pub I've ever seen. Wide selection of food and drinks. You pay a fair price for food, but you really get what you pay for. Food was cooked well and in good portion sizes. Really friendily and helpful staff. Can't fault this pub in any way. Would recommend.
While the food can be nice it can also be cold or not cooked to spec.Service is often slow due to staffing and we have left before dessert a few times due to the wait.My mum is still boycotting the venue due to our table receiving 3 or 4 plates which were chipped. She has complained a few times but has received no response. Pub is nice.
Stayed at the hotel and ate at the inn. Great place to stay if you are visiting Aberystwyth. Good selection of beers and the food is great.
Couldn't fault the service staff or food from the early shift was excellent . Magda, our server was brilliant. One thing i will say. The service and customer satisfaction went down when the afternoon shift started. They were more interested in talking to each other than clearing tables, customers doing it themselves.Not good. 6/1/19.
