Been staying there for many years on the touring field, love the place, good club house with good food at very reasonable prices. Sadly maybe the last season as we hear the touring field is going to be replaced with static caravans( hopefully this is wrong).
We have been coming here for a holiday for many years now, as we love it so much we decided to buy a caravan for our family, but things have started to go down hill, new management, Jenny who was working there has now gone, we all loved Jenny and she Had great people skills, something that the owners lack, not the same anymore,we pay our ground rent for what? I can Understand when the site is closed but to have the pool open only on a weekend and the bar for meals not open on a Monday and Tuesday and this is in October, not good for business, please take this on board owners
Enjoyed our stay for 2 nights, but there are areas of the park which are very tired and need refurbishment. We stayed in the touring field above the main park. Nice views. Be aware that you need to pay for all the extra facilities (swimming, bowling, soft play) you can soon spend 10/20/30 each day. We walked along the coastal path to the clifftop railway and cafe at the top overlooking Aberwsyth. A nice walk and great views.
Stayed for a night camping Mon 13/8/18 and I loved it. I've been a going to Clarach bay all my life both sides of the bridge but camping is my thing. There's everything you need on site, shop, good information at reception, clean shower block, great park for children, club, swimming pool, bar and right next to the beach. Variety of accommodation tent, electric hook up, motor homes ect. I'll be back next year for sure. A+ from me
Just returned home after an amazing week, the touring pitch was nice and clean with its own water feed and dirty water grid. The site is very well looked after and clean. The club house prices and food is really good. Our 2 kids loved all the entertainment and activities. Can't wait to return
