It appears my review and a bunch of other one star reviews have been removed so I am adding my review back. I took my animal here and they suggested to just put him to sleep. Took him elsewhere and he got treatment and was fine after a few days. A few months later all other vets were fully booked so I took my rabbit here for bladder problems only to be told that the only problem rabbits have is their teeth. They spoke to me as if I didnt have 20+ years of experience with rabbits and told me if I didnt pay them to file my rabbits teeth down he would die within a few days. Needless to say my rabbit didnt die or have any further tooth problems and I was able to take him else where a few days later to be treated for his bladder infection which had gotten worse after it being ignored by this vets!
Very friendly staff. Good quality treatment & care for a reasonable price. Prescription foods are cheaper online though. Moved miles away but still didn't change vets as it is such a good practice. They do call outs & are very good with advice over the phone.
