When you send your only child off to Uni, it's hard. When you can't be there to make sure they are safe and secure because they are over 700 miles away, it's VERY hard. He found his little house in Aberystwysth through MS Properties and he loved his little room in the roof.Martin Samuel was a lovely landlord, (two words not heard of often in the same sentence, I lived in London for many years).
