Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Wide range of products. Click and collect available. Treats available for furry visitors accompanying their owners. Posters advertising rehoming at the back of the store. Good refund policies. Staff are quick when called to assist customers.
The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The animals are always well kept and you never see any in there for too long - especially the adoption area which always has new rodents needing a home. Very large store with anything you could possibly need for a usual pet. They also have a reptile section with some bedding, furniture and live food. Always look forward to returning to this place.
Once again I love browsing this place. Slightly disappointed in how long it takes to restock their fish, but when they do, oh boy, it's good. (Some pictures of their Betas)
