Well worth a visit and it's free! Lovely old restored theatre. Lots of museum exhibits and plenty of interesting things for children to play with. The cafe is also very pleasant. Try the Guinness cake.
A beautiful step back in time... This museum is absolutely beautiful. It was an amazing feelig sttepping into the old theatre and being surrounded by history.. We learnt so much here and had an lovely time. You should certainly take some time and enjoy your walk around here.
This is the most beautiful place ever. The lovely staircase from the shop and TI gives one a sense of elegance before reaching the auditorium, which is a wonder to behold. Don't miss this amazing place.
We came here for a Steampunk evening event which was held in the theatre upstairs. Great venue with ample seating and reasonably priced drinks. We had such a fun evening and the entertainment was amazing!
Interesting museum highlighting local history. Went with children and they had fun. Best of all is free! Went there on a rainy day when had nothing else to do. Good fun to spend an hour or so. They also have a coffee shop and information for tourists.
