Roy your a star after the most embarrassing moment on my trip to ABERYSTWYTH I locked myself out of my VW Camper-van. To make matters worse my little dog Ruby sat inside looking at me. After a couple of hours scratching my head sweating trying bits of wire a banding strip I phoned for help. Roy was with me within fifteen minutes and I guess about fifteen minutes hooray he had the passenger door open gaining entry from the window which was about 15mm open. Glad I had left both windows with an air gap and Ruby had her fan. Thank you ROY and to anybody who needs help ring him.

We needed to gain entry to our property but, unfortunately, had lost all the keys. I took pot luck on who to phone in the area and telephoned this locksmith in the morning, explaining that we would be arriving in the evening. Roy (I think that is his name) gave me his mobile number and asked if we could let him know as soon as we arrived so he could meet us at the property. I'm very glad we chose him. it was cold, wet and windy when we arrived but he was there within 5 minutes of our phone call and worked his magic in about 20 minutes.
