Aberystwyth Howdens provided excellent service during my recent kitchen renovation. The friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me with a problematic kitchen design (working around 3 doors and a window!). They provided me with numbers of local kitchen fitters to arrange for the installation (Thank you to my fitter Jason Evans ; J E carpentry). Prices were similar to other local kitchen suppliers, but the timing was much quicker (kitchen ready 2 weeks from order instead of 6 weeks). I would definitely use them again.
Very poor customer service. Had a dishwasher replaced under warranty after already being repaired once before in less then two years. New machine has been dropped of on our door step and been told that they wont fit it! Since they were the ones to fit it in first place seems wrong to have to pay someone else to fit the replacement machine.
