This company was recommended to me and they did a brilliant job. Very clean and tidy. The young man was polite and answered any questions that I asked. Terrible. Avoid. Do not use. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and was told I would be contacted with a time for the visit. I was not contacted. The day before the visit I called several times and spoke to a representative who committed to ring me back with a time. After several repeat attempts and being told the same thing - will call back in 15 minutes, I still did not have a time. At 7:15 at night I still did not have a time and as I was 180 miles away from the house where the job was to take place did not want to travel unless the visit was confirmed. Eventually he rang back and gave me abuse about having put the phone down on his daughter - it was disconnected as I was on a mobile and the signal was lost. I was the one who was chasing him! - putting the phone down was the last thing on my mind. His attitude on the phone, coupled with his total disregard for his customer (me) left hanging for hours (plus the previous 2 weeks) suggests this business has no customer service acumen at all. If the work they conduct is as bad as the way they treat their customers God help. Avoid at all costs. They only get 1 star as zero stars is not permitted.
Brilliant service, efficient and tidy! Would highly recommend to anybody looking for good quality electrical work.
