Fabulous food is our main reason for shopping here, sure they are a little more expensive than others around, but personally I'm happy to pay a premium for good food.

Lovely breakfast and nice, helpful staff in both coffee shop and in men's clothing.
Clean and tidy store but personally I found it a too contemporary and a bit bleak & 'souless.' Hardly any staff to be seen anywhere. Watch out for Cappuccino in Cafe, because more than 2/3 of my medium cup ... was froth. Naughty. Also be aware .... you now have to ASK for a free shortbread biscuit to go with it, or else you won't get one !!! And M&S wonder why people are going elsewhere?
Excellent cafe on top floor. Chicken burger was nice, but not as delicious and top quality as past burgers that I've had at M&S. Hence the 4 star rating.
