This place is always cold and the portions are small. The food is OK but the presentation is good and that its what they are basing their pricing on. Little baskets for chips and serving on slates doesn't make up for low quality ingredients.
Looked busy so thought must be good. My Friend ordered a Vegetable panini it had a teaspoon of vegetables that did not cover the panini. There was also a hair in the salad. They did give 95% of the money for the sandwich but attitude was dont care cant be asked when we stated we will not be coming back. My toasted cheese sandwich well....... Definitely Will Not be going back!!!

Ordered 4 sandwiches, one sandwich wrong, one tasted off. The other two poor for the price. Staff didn't care about problems and offered no solutions. Have been here a few times a year or so ago and had liked it never again.
this cafe was highly recommended to me, I'm not sure why, my girlfriend and I had a breakfast each, one veggie breakfast and a normal breakfast.First impressions were good, you walk in and the decor is very nice and seems very clean. We picked a table we liked, sat down and waited for a someone to come and take our order and after about ten minutes we figured we would go to the counter and place our order there. there was a person in front of us ordering and the girl behind the counter was less than enthusiastic about being there. after messing the persons order up a couple times it was our turn to be served and the girl just sort of.....disappeared upstairs without saying anything. A couple minutes later an older blonde women came to take our order and she had the same disgruntled look on her face as if to say "do I really have to stand here and talk to you?" I placed my order fine and re-joined my girlfriend, we waited quite a while for our food and on Two occasions they brought the wrong food over. when they eventually got the right order to us it came on on a cutting board and the one rasher, one sausage and ONE egg came in a cast iron frying pan, this looked really nice but it hadn't been used to cook with which meant it was cold, sucking the heat out of the food within. the sausages where cheap the bacon was tough the egg was tasteless and the hash brown may as well have been taken straight out of the freezer on slammed on the chopping board, what an absolute pitiful excuse of food and customer service this cafe offers. oh and my last point i want to mention is, if despite my review you decide you want to try it and gain your own opinion (very commendable) make sure you don't now and wont then, need the toilet. they are outside in the cold and you might as well find a back alley, squat over a drain and go there, it would be a nicer experience and more hygienic for you to do so.
